Jessica is a Bachelor of Health Science qualified naturopath and nutritionist, and is passionate about helping women of all ages and fitness levels unlock the full potential of their workouts.
“I’ve always enjoyed staying active and have been going to the gym for most of my life. In my 20s I competed nationally in two gymnastics sports and in my 30’s I was a keen cyclist. But back then, I didn’t know how to properly fuel my body, often following different diet myths and feeling tired and sore. It wasn’t until I studied nutrition that I realised I’d been having to work harder to reach my goals, as I wasn’t giving my body what it needed to achieve the results.
Today, I see many women at the gym putting in effort but not achieving the results they desire. This workshop is exactly what I wish I’d known back then, and its really not that complicated!”

I had the privilege of attending one of Jessica’s Workshops and I must so it was an eye opener! Jessica has a lot of knowledge and she was eager to share this with us all. The information provided was easy to understand and included take home leaflets which are super helpful. Being a mature woman who has tried many fad diets to improve bone strength and muscle. I found Jessica’s holistic approach to women’s health very valuable.
Liza
Jess was engaging and her knowledge of food and nutrition was really impressive. I thought I knew a lot about what I should eating and why but I was still able to make a few tweaks to get the most out of my workouts. This is important to me as I head towards 60. I recommend speaking with her.
