Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the consultation cost.
Pre-paid appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can either be refunded or fully transferred to another service or prescribed product. For full policy click here.
Payment
Pricing is shown on the online booking form above. Pathology testing and recommended supplements are prescribed as needed to suit individual requirements and are not included in the consultation fee.
Full payment of any remaining fees is due at end of the consultation. EFTPOS, online credit card and PayPal facilities are available.
